You can choose between different accommodation options — accommodation and full board, accommodation and half board, accommodation with breakfast or accommodation only — with Italian breakfast at Sunny Hill or a buffet at the restaurant, which can also be added directly on site.

Each accommodation is designed to ensure practicality, tranquility, and well-being, allowing you to experience Follonica at your own pace, just steps from the beach and resort amenities.

Among the available solutions, the Space Zero Barriere Apartment is designed to be fully accessible to people with disabilities, with spaces designed to facilitate every movement. The property is also equipped with a Job chair, allowing for safe and easy access to the sea.

Deluxe Apartment

Sleeps 4 to 6, 30 sq m, with a pergola, 1 bedroom, 1 kitchen-living room, and 2 bathrooms. Amenities: air conditioning, a pergola in the garden with chairs and a table for entertaining and relaxing, a large outdoor veranda with a retractable awning, a living room (with a foldaway double bed) with a kitchen equipped with a four-burner stove, refrigerator, pots and pans, dishes, cutlery, etc., 2 bathrooms, each with a shower and hairdryer, and a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed.

Standard apartment

Sleeps 4 to 6, 30 sq m, outdoor veranda, 1 bedroom, 1 kitchen-living room, and 2 bathrooms. Amenities: air conditioning, large outdoor veranda with extendable awning, chairs, and a table, living room (with a foldaway double bed inside), kitchen with a four-burner stove, refrigerator, pots and pans, dishes, cutlery, etc., 2 bathrooms, each with a shower and hairdryer, 1 bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, a foldaway double bed in the kitchen, and a small garden at the back.

Barrier-free space apartment
